Trista and her team are here to seamlessly guide you through the Wedding Planning process from the very first Client consultation until the final guests exits your Wedding. We begin by getting to know each couple to learn about their styles, likes and dislikes, favorite colors and what is the most important aspect on your Wedding Day. Based on our clients’ needs, we then work with our amazing network of Vendors to bring your dream a reality. Our full service package encompasses everything that is needed to design, plan and coordinate your special day.
This all-inclusive service offers everything in the Day of Coordination and Partial Planning packages plus:

Assistance with budget appropriation

Venue selection

Assistance with booking all vendors and serve as a liaison between the couple and their vendor team

Responsible for obtaining all of the key design elements; such as, decor, signage and installations

Vendor and Guest management/logistics.

Coordination team dedicated to couple, and their wedding party, guests, and vendors.

On-site management on the Wedding Day of up to 10 hours

PLANNING
Stunning + Memorable
Have you already found a majority of vendors and need help finding the rest and making key decisions? Then our Partial Planning Package may be the perfect setup for you. In this plan, we help guide you through those remaining details to finalize for your specific Wedding needs and anything else you may need help with leading up to your special day.
The Partial Planning Package includes all of the Wedding Management Package plus:

Unlimited communication with planner via email, texts or phone calls through out the planning process

Two planning meetings included; additional meetings will be charged an hourly rate

Planning checklists provided to keep you on track

Custom layouts for Ceremony, Cocktail Hour and Reception areas

Liaison between Vendors and Clients; will finalize all Wedding details (ex. equipment and quantities) and logistics with Vendors prior to Wedding

Assistance in final design and decor decisions

On-site management on the Wedding Day of up to 8 hours

MANAGEMENT
Organizing + Executing
Our Wedding Management Package is the perfect option for the client that has already done a majority of the planning, but will need assistance with coordination on the Wedding Day. Planning a Wedding takes a lot of work and commitment, but you have gotten this far, so let our team take care of the final details for you so you can truly relax and enjoy your Wedding Day.
The Wedding Management Package includes:

Communication with planner begins 6 weeks prior to Wedding date

An initial planning meeting to discuss your Wedding vision and see the scope of work that has already been completed

Finalize itinerary and timeline for day of

Final walk through meeting at venue to discuss any remaining concerns regarding layouts, design elements and logistics with venue and any vendor(s)

Planner to communicate with all vendors 2 weeks prior to Wedding date to make sure all of their needs are met prior to event

Attend and coordinate rehearsal at venue to guide and address the roles of Bridal Party

Setup Wedding decor by event team

Planner to serve as the main contact for the vendors, bridal party and guests on the Wedding Day

Will oversee the execution and placement of all vendor rentals, styling and decor items for proper placement

On-site management on the Wedding Day of up to 8 hours

Gather all gifts, decor and personal belongings to a safe space at the end of the evening
