I got engaged in 2018 and began my wedding planning process with someone provided by my venue. I was immediately panicked because this person seemed to have the same amount of information as me regarding planning a wedding - NONE. Shortly after, she was replaced by Trista DeWeese who basically helped me from A to Z. Trista answered my countless questions about what needed to be done, took over much of the responsibility to accomplish those tasks, and gave me a clear and simple list of what she needed from me. She checked in with me periodically throughout the planning process and only asked questions when changes had to be made.
She planned a flawless rehearsal and gave everyone in the wedding party a rundown of everything to know.
On the day of the wedding, I couldn’t even tell you what all she did because at no point did I worry or even think about anything. Trista coordinated with all the vendors and the event was an absolute success! My wedding day was fabulous and fun, but most importantly, it ran like a well-oiled machine and that was all because of the hard work Trista did. I have recommended her to numerous friends of mine and will continue to do so. She is the best in the business.

Having Trista as our wedding planner was the reason we had the best wedding ever! Friends, family, and even staff from the venue still tell us today that it was their favorite wedding.
From the moment we met Trista, we knew we would be in good hands. She helped us select a venue that aligned with our priorities and that would allow us to bring in our own wine from our favorite winery. She made the selection process of all the details very simple and painless (even for my soon-to-be husband). She made helpful suggestions to make the day perfect based on her years of her experience.
On the day of our wedding, I sent her pictures for the table arrangements and she set everything up perfectly. It was important for us to do a wine ceremony and Trista made sure that our vision was executed exactly as we had hopped. Trista was constantly in touch with our photographer and videographer to make sure they got the best shots. She created a timeline of events so that we could quickly get our pictures completed and join our guests for a cocktail hour before the reception. She even consulted with me when my dad wanted to make his speech earlier than planned and she managed to make sure all of our dynamic family members actually got along. Trista thought of all the things I didn’t expect and I couldn’t imagine planning and executing a wedding without her help.
Literally everything about the day of our wedding was perfect. Having her there took so much stress off of me and allowed me to enjoy every minute of the day. I wish we could we could re-live that day over and over again.
