To give the best customer service, we take on a select number of Weddings per year to ensure that your Wedding has the complete attention it deserves.
Services begin 8 weeks prior to the event date. Our Wedding Management package includes:
Unlimited communication with planner
Finalize itinerary and timeline for day of
Custom layouts for Ceremony and Reception
Final venue walkthrough prior to Wedding date
Arrange and coordinate Wedding Rehearsal
Dedicated coordination team
On-site Wedding Day Management up to 9 hours

THE PROCESS

We begin by getting to know each couple to learn their unique styles, likes and dislikes, favorite colors and what is most important aspect on your wedding day through our initial onboarding meeting.

After our initial meeting, we’ll be by your side, guiding and supporting you throughout the entire planning process. Think of us as your go-to resource and biggest cheerleader during this exciting journey!

About two months before your wedding, we’ll have another planning meeting to fine-tune all the exciting details and kick off communication with your amazing vendor team to coordinate all the logistics. It’s when everything really starts coming together, and the magic begins!

Once the big day comes, we will have our wedding planner on-site to manage all of the details and stressors so that the couple can enjoy their day.
